Yes. All drone operations are conducted by a certified and licensed commercial drone pilot, and we carry full liability insurance for every project.

We fly within legal limits typically up to 400 feet above ground level, as required by aviation regulations. This height provides excellent coverage while ensuring safe and compliant flights.

Ideal conditions are clear skies with light wind. We cannot fly during rain, snow, extreme wind, or low visibility for safety reasons. If weather becomes an issue, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.

Most sessions take 30–90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the location and the number of shots needed. Larger projects, like full property tours or events, may require more time.

We shoot high-resolution stills (20–48 MP depending on the drone) and 4K–6K video. Final images are professionally edited and delivered in web-ready and high-resolution formats.

We can fly over private property with permission from the owner. Flying directly over crowds or uninvolved people may have restrictions, but we plan every flight to meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

You’ll typically receive edited photos within 24–48 hours and videos within 2–4 days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
